Emma's first birthday cake. There was a giant "one" to go on the top of the cake but my husband broke it before I coult get it on the cake. The tiara is made from royal icing and painted with luster dust. Everything on the cake is edible.

Addy's first birthday cake. This is my favorite cake so far. I love the colors and design. All of the accents are made from marshmallow fondant except for the baby in the shoe....my mom made it from polymer clay.

Another cake for class. This was one of my favorite cakes to make. Making the flowers out of royal icing was so much fun and I love how unique the basketweave technique is.

This was for my husband's grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. I kind of threw it together last minute.

This was my first wedding cake. The bride and groom wanted something simple and elegant. I think it turned out really nice.
