This little doll cake is supposed to be Cinderella. My daughters favorite princess.
Unfortunately the craft store didn't have 4 blond dolls so I had to work with what I had.

Cigarello cookie cake
Mandy's 32nd birthday cake. This was my first attempt at a cigarello cake. It separated a little on the way to Park City. Three layers of chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. Cookies are hazlenut cream filled.

Topsy Turvy
My first topsy turvy cake. The brides colors coordinated perfectly with her outdoor reception. The cake is vanilla pound cake with buttercream filling. Covered with fondant and fondant accents. This was so much fun to make!

Young at heart
Grandpa Hyer is 95 years young. The bottom layer of the cake is rice krispy treat for the kids. Iced in buttercream with fondant accents.

Blue and White
Pretty simple wedding cake. Chocolate cake filled with buttercream covered in fondant. Bride picked out the cake topper and made the floral arrangement.

Flower Pots
I made these adorable flower pot desserts for my brother's birthday. I got the idea from www.thepioneerwoman.com. Pound cake on the bottom followed by a layer of ice cream topped with pureed oreo cookies. The "real" flowers are then inserted into a straw down the middle. Sooooo much fun!
